If we are unable to fulfill all items in your order at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products and contact you. You'll have the option to await restocking of back-ordered items or request a refund for those unavailable.

International orders usually take 4 - 14 days for transit, varying based on the chosen courier.

We can accommodate delivery address changes before dispatching the order.

3.4 Items Out Of Stock

For out-of-stock items, we dispatch available items immediately and send the remaining items once they're back in stock.

If delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact us for investigation. Extended delivery times during peak seasons may occur due to courier delays.

Notify our customer service team immediately if a parcel is damaged during transit. Proceed to file a claim directly with the courier, as parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier's specified value.

Refusal to pay these fees will result in the return of goods to us at the customer's expense. A refund for the goods' value will be issued, excluding return shipping costs.
